I have recently purchased two Square Sign prints for my landscape panoramas, one on aluminum and the second on acrylic. After my original apprehension that the metal print was in a matte finish, I was comparing it to a glossy square photo print purchased elsewhere. I have to say that the panorama matte print has grown on me, particularly how beautiful it looks with natural light streaming in, the color separations create a three dimensional effect. Green foliage literally jumps out front while the background has depth and atmosphere.
The second panorama is on acrylic, which has it's own qualities, as I chose a photo I took of an Alaskan glacier. The media complements the water, snow, Ice and gray mountains, peppered with areas of green foliage. Like the metal panorama print, viewing under natural daylight yields a perfect representation of the nature's grandeur. The acrylic print viewed under artificial room lighting as expected catches the light more noticeably, making it easier to illuminate. I now have to decide what media my next prints will be finished in.
I have to also mention that I find the staff at Square Signs receptive to my needs and are accessible to answer any questions or concerns. I find the price for their products unrivaled and I am likewise impressed with their vast product offerings.
